Sarah and Amy will be using mindful movement practices from Sva-Ha-Yoga (a gentle movement style of yoga) and sound healing to connect into the heart frequency to harmonize the body and mind.
*Due to restrictions class sizes will be no greater than 10 participants.*
Participants may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the event at 6:45pm
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket, yoga mat, and water.
