“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” -Wayne Dyer
We have been involved in human services for over 10 years engaging in volunteerism, mentoring, community service projects and working as Licensed Mental Health Counselors. We attended Rhode Island College earning a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Dependency and Addiction Studies in 2008. Mallary pursued her Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Springfield College in Western Massachusetts. Michaela attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth earning a Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology. Afterward, life continued to pull us in different directions which provided opportunities for growth and healing on many levels. Our individual and shared experiences guided us to rich soul-searching opportunities and experience with holistic approaches to health and wellness. Our greatest challenges found us pursuing holistic treatments which led us to a deeper journey inward and exposed us to invaluable perspectives. In 2015, we found our paths aligned once again with a greater sense of purpose, and a renewed passion for helping and assisting others. We value holistic and collaborative approaches to wellness that incorporate multiple perspectives to enhance the mind-body-spirit connection and overall quality of life. We are Reiki Master Teachers, Flower Essence Practitioners and have completed certification in Nutritional as well. We have found energy medicine and energy healing invaluable and excited about the science that is validating these healing approaches! We have continued our interest in holistic wellness by continuing our educational and experience with energy healing modalities, nutrition, and advancements in clinical integrative psychology. We currently teach and assist in curriculum development as adjunct professors in the graduate counseling department at Bay Path University in the areas of Human Development, Ethics, Social & Cultural Foundations, and Trauma & Crisis Intervention.
We are grateful for our individual and shared journeys as it has afforded us a deeper understanding, respect, and appreciation for the human condition and its amazing capacity to heal. We offer our compassion, support, and humbled gratitude to all who embark on the journey to holistic wellness.
Love & Light,
Michaela & Mallary
